At Nique Building, every project is delivered through a clear and disciplined process. From early planning through to handover, we prioritise communication, transparency and build quality.
01 Initial Consultation
We begin with a site meeting to understand your vision, budget and project scope. This stage allows us to assess feasibility, identify structural considerations and determine the most appropriate pathway forward—whether renovation, extension or new build.
02 Design & Documentation
Where required, we work alongside draftspeople, engineers and consultants to ensure all plans are thorough and build-ready. Clear documentation is essential for accurate pricing and a well-managed construction process, and with a background in architectural construction, all drawings are carefully reviewed before proceeding.
03 Detailed Fee Proposal
Once documentation is complete, a comprehensive fee proposal is prepared, outlining:
- Scope of works
- Inclusions and specifications
- Prime cost items (where applicable)
- Construction timeline
This stage is designed to eliminate uncertainty and provide complete clarity before construction begins.
04 Construction Phase
With approvals in place, construction begins under structured site management. As a hands-on builder, Chris remains actively involved on site—coordinating trades and ensuring workmanship aligns with the standards expected of every Nique Building project. Throughout the build, clients receive consistent updates and clear communication.
05 Completion & Handover
Prior to completion, a detailed internal review is carried out to ensure all finishes, fittings and structural elements meet expectations. Upon handover, each home is professionally presented and ready for occupancy.
